About the Company:

QuickReply.ai is a fast-growing omni-channel marketing automation platform catering to DTC brands worldwide. With a clientele of over 600+ customers, QuickReply is fast becoming the preferred choice for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email marketing for DTC brands.


Role Overview:

Content Formats

We produce a variety of content formats including case studies, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, and founder ghostwriting content. You should be adept at creating diverse content formats based on specific requirements.


Content Nature

The content produced will encompass Product Marketing, Demand Generation (SEO pages, PPC landing pages), Social Media content (LinkedIn Videos, LinkedIn Posts), Webinars, and Co-marketing content in partnership with other organizations.


Lead Stages

Content will primarily target Bottom of the Funnel (BOFU) and Middle of the Funnel (MOFU) stages.


Content Coverage

We aim to address gaps in SEO coverage, case studies, PPC, and social media content. While we have made initial strides, a comprehensive plan is needed for complete coverage, approached strategically over time.


Key Success Drivers:

  • Deep Product Understanding: A profound understanding of our product is essential. This knowledge is critical for achieving the desired impact.
  • Speed of Production: The ability to rapidly produce multiple content formats from a single central idea is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of swift content creation across various formats.
  • Strategic Product Integration: Effectively incorporating product features into content in a seamless and non-salesy manner is vital. Identifying the right context to highlight product value is key.
  • Storytelling Framework: We appreciate the Triple STAR storytelling framework, though it's not mandatory to use it. The candidate should have a robust alternative storytelling mechanism and be able to demonstrate its application.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Our team values a strong work ethic, which is crucial for success in this role.


Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAAS Content Marketing
  • In-depth understanding of the Martech landscape
  • Hands-on in Canva and Webflow
  • A strong passion for exploring tech products and then use-cases
