Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    B2B ad campaigns

    across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand client goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies.
  • Manage campaign setup including audience segmentation, ad copy, creatives, tracking links, and conversion pixels.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance; recommend and implement optimizations to improve CTR, CPL, and ROI.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Stay updated on B2B advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in demand generation.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand voice, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Support client reviews and internal reporting with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements and Skills

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing

    B2B paid media campaigns

    (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B marketing funnels, buyer personas, and lead nurturing

    workflows.
  • Experience in

    campaign delivery and optimization

    for SaaS, IT, or enterprise clients preferred.
  • Proficiency with

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools

    .
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and customer success teams.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and conversion tracking setups is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is an added advantage.
