Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketer with 56 years of experience who can independently manage 360 marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This is a high-ownership role where you will lead Swageazys brand presence, growth campaigns, and marketing projects end-to-end.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & LeadershipBuild and drive Swageazys overall B2B marketing roadmap
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Identify growth opportunities and new market segments
  • Content, Communication & BrandingLead content creation for LinkedIn, email marketing, newsletters, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Guide design direction for campaigns, brochures, festive creatives, and brand assets
  • Maintain a strong and professional brand voice
  • Demand Generation & GrowthPlan and execute targeted B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Oversee performance marketing, budgeting, and ROI tracking
  • Manage automation tools, CRM workflows, and nurture funnels
  • Digital & Social Media ManagementOwn Swageazys social presence (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Build high-performing content calendars, thought-leadership posts, and storytelling content
  • Work on SEO, website optimizations, and landing page conversions
  • Sales & Business EnablementBuild high-quality product decks, corporate gifting proposals, and festive campaign pitches
  • Support sales teams with customized marketing material for client meetings
  • Create case studies and success stories for key clients
  • Campaign & Vendor ManagementPlan and execute festive campaigns (Diwali, New Year, onboarding kits)
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, photo/video teams, printers, and packaging vendors
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of product shoots and marketing assets
  • Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics across campaigns and channels
  • Present monthly dashboards with insights and recommendations
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making for marketing spend and strategies
  • What Were Looking For5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in D2C, corporate gifting, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Strong storytelling, content writing, and communication skills
  • Hands-on with Canva, design direction, CRM tools, and automation workflows
  • Ability to lead projects independently with strong ownership and a growth mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
