Position Summary

The B2B Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads to support the sales pipeline. The role includes researching target markets, engaging prospective clients, and generating high-quality leads that convert into business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & Identification

  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients based on industry, geography, and ideal customer profiles (ICP).
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.

2. Lead Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and social media.
  • Create personalized messages to engage prospects and generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.

3. Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads based on BANT, SPIN, or other qualification frameworks.
  • Understand customer pain points, requirements, and readiness to purchase.
  • Ensure only high-quality, relevant leads are passed to the sales team.

4. Pipeline Management

  • Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and interactions to ensure efficient pipeline flow.
  • Share weekly/monthly lead generation reports with management.

5. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand target segments and campaign goals.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve marketing content and strategies.
  • Align lead generation activities with ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
