Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end permanent staffing solutions for clients, preferably NON IT sectors like FMCG,FMCD,RETAIL,HEALTHCARE,ECOM ,ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities by generating leads from various sources such as social media platforms, industry events, and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment projects and meet client expectations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
