Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Market Research Identify potential clients that align with Bilvantis services. Conduct industry and competitor research to refine target lists. Generate leads via outbound emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for business development. Client Engagement & Proposal Support Assist in crafting client communications, sales decks, and proposals. Participate in initial client interactions to understand business needs. Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements. Ensure prompt follow-ups and documentation for ongoing deals. Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain CRM records with updated lead, account, and activity data. Create MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track key sales metrics. Provide insights into outreach performance to optimize sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve processes. Preferred candidate profile : Should have 2 years of experience in IT Marketing, Sales, or Business with MBA or equivalent degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Basic understanding of B2B sales and technology-driven business landscapes . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . Familiarity with CRM tools and Power BI is an advantage.
