Client Onboarding Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the complete client onboarding journey from lead generation and pitching services to overseeing onboarding formalities, managing client servicing, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong client relationship management abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Pitching

Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and digital outreach.

Prepare customized service proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.

Conduct initial discovery calls, service demonstrations, and negotiations.

Client Onboarding Management

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.

Coordinate onboarding formalities, documentation, contracts, account setups, and internal team handovers.

Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Address client queries and operational concerns promptly.

Feedback Management & Reporting

Regularly collect client feedback on services, onboarding experiences, and ongoing engagement.

Compile and analyse feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Share actionable insights with internal teams and contribute to enhancing client satisfaction strategies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, business development, or lead generation roles.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office Suite.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Positive, proactive, and client-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a service-based, Experience with recruitment consulting business will be add on advantage Familiarity with onboarding formalities, compliance processes, and client documentation.

Previous experience handling domestic & international clients is a plus.
