Experience needed: 10+ years Type: Full-Time Mode: WFO (Monday to Friday) Shift: General Shift IST Location: Hyderabad NP: Immediate Joinee - 30 days Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Azure - Tech Ops Lead to lead our cloud infrastructure and operations initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our Azure-based services and environments. This is a leadership role that requires deep technical knowledge of Azure, a strong operational mindset, and experience in driving automation and best practices in cloud operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of Azure cloud projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate and manage project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Work closely with client teams to ensure project requirements and expectations are met. Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to mitigate impact. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Provide guidance and support for the implementation of Azure solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with Azure architects, engineers, and other technical teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality of deliverables. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective, leveraging Azures cloud services. Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered according to agreed timelines. Oversee the deployment of Azure solutions, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Azure cloud technologies. Share knowledge and promote the use of new Azure services and methodologies to improve project outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: Proven technical hands-on experience with Azure Cloud based projects with minimum 10+ years. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on cloud-based solutions and Azure environments. At least 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a solid understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, services, and architecture. Strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile or Scrum certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Storage. Experience with cloud migration strategies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Azure governance and security best practices. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations.
