You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our Azure-based services and environments. This is a leadership role that requires deep technical knowledge of Azure, a strong operational mindset, and experience in driving automation and best practices in cloud operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of Azure cloud projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate and manage project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Work closely with client teams to ensure project requirements and expectations are met. Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to mitigate impact. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Provide guidance and support for the implementation of Azure solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with Azure architects, engineers, and other technical teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality of deliverables. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective, leveraging Azures cloud services. Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered according to agreed timelines. Oversee the deployment of Azure solutions, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Azure cloud technologies. Share knowledge and promote the use of new Azure services and methodologies to improve project outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: Proven technical hands-on experience with Azure Cloud based projects with minimum 10+ years. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on cloud-based solutions and Azure environments. At least 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a solid understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, services, and architecture. Strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile or Scrum certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Storage. Experience with cloud migration strategies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Azure governance and security best practices. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations.

Azure DevOps Engineer Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week from Office) What You Will Do: . We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Cloud experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the further development and implementation of advanced cloud-based solutions on Legal and General's Microsoft Azure platform. The candidate also needs to be proficient with DevOps and DevSecOps processes and practices, with a strong knowledge of GitHub, including GitHub Actions and infrastructure as code scaffolding, particularly Terraform. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide azure solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements, polices, principals and standards and are secure, scalable, and reliable. Oversee the integration of security tooling into Azure deployments to enhance security posture and compliance (a knowledge of Wiz will be beneficial, but not essential) Utilize GitHub for source control management and collaborate with development teams to implement GitHub Actions for automating workflows. Drive cloud migration strategies, including assessment, planning, and execution, with a focus on security and best practices. Stay abreast of the latest Azure features and capabilities, incorporating them into solution designs as appropriate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Azure infrastructure.
