Azure Platform Engineer - PowerShell (6-12 yrs)

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Platform Engineer with deep expertise in PowerShell to join our team for a full-time opportunity with Innova, supporting an MNC company. This role is critical to the successful execution of an upcoming Azure tenant migration project. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and automating Azure infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on PowerShell scripting and automation. This position requires a deep understanding of Azure architecture, networking, security, and DevOps practices. Responsibilities : - Design and execute the migration of Azure resources between tenants. - Develop and implement migration strategies and plans. - Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the migration process. - Design and implement scalable and secure Azure infrastructure solutions. - Develop and maintain Azure architecture documentation. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. - Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for Azure infrastructure automation. - Automate the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources. - Implement PowerShell-based solutions for Azure tenant migration. - Design and implement Azure networking solutions, including virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways, and load balancers. - Ensure secure network connectivity and traffic management. - Implement and manage Azure network security groups and firewalls. - Implement and maintain Azure security best practices. - Ensure compliance with security policies and standards. - Implement and manage Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC). - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Automate the deployment of Azure resources and applications. - Utilize Terraform and Octopus Deploy for infrastructure as code (IaC) and deployment automation. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure infrastructure issues. - Provide technical support to development and operations teams. - Monitor Azure resources and ensure optimal performance. - Create and maintain technical documentation for Azure infrastructure and automation scripts. - Share knowledge and best practices with team members. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Extensive experience in Azure architecture and platform engineering. - Proven experience in Azure tenant migrations. - Deep expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation for Azure. - Comprehensive understanding of Azure networking (design and security). - Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Octopus Deploy. - Strong understanding of Azure security best practices. - Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
