Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, and Virtual Network.
Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, alerts, warnings, and troubleshoot incidents.
Conduct incident investigation and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime.
Provide operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations.
Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols.
Document incident resolutions, processes, and configuration changes in the cloud environment.

Experience Requirement:

5 - 8 years of experience in deploying and managing Azure services in a production environment.
Skilled in troubleshooting infrastructure issues, performing incident investigations, and implementing resolution plans.
Experience in working with Virtual Networks, Azure Functions, and cloud storage options.
Familiar with compliance and security best practices in Azure cloud environments.
