TCS Hiring for Azure Infra Expert

Experience Range: 04 To 06 Yrs

Job Locations : Hyderabad/Pune

• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and Azure services.

• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, ServiceNow).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow documented processes and escalation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Azure environment through dashboards and alerts.

• Identify, log, and perform initial triage of incidents.

• Follow SOPs to address common issues or escalate as needed.

• Document incident details and actions taken in the incident management system.

• Work with support teams and provide timely updates on escalated incidents.

• Ensure adherence to SLA response times and defined processes.
