Job Description

Job Title: Trainer/SME - Azure DevOps

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to deliver impactful training sessions on Azure Development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Azure services and DevOps tools, along with a genuine passion for equipping learners with practical, industry-relevant skills. A willingness to quickly ramp up on emerging technologies based on business needs is essential. The role also demands the ability to conduct engaging training sessions across both virtual and in-person formats.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver technical training on Azure Dev/DevOps tools and concepts (e.g., Azure DevOps, ARM templates, CI/CD, containers, serverless).
Create and maintain training materials (slides, labs, documentation).
Assess training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Provide hands-on guidance and support to learners.
Create hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and assessments to reinforce learning outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest Azure tools, features, and best practices, incorporating them into training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Azure development and DevOps implementation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, source control (Git), and containerization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
Hands-on experience with relevant Azure services and DevOps methodologies.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Good To Have:

Prior experience in technical training or mentoring.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
