Azure DevOps Lead Consultant

As an Infoscion, your role is to lead the engagement effort in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers. This involves guiding the team from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing proposals, providing guidance, and analyzing solutions to identify risks and issues - Identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches for managing change - Coaching, creating a vision, providing training, and motivating team members - Contributing to unit level and organizational initiatives for delivering high-quality consulting solutions In terms of technical requirements, you should have primary skills in DevOps and Azure. Additionally, you are expected to have good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, awareness of latest technologies, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management capabilities.
