Job Description

Position:

Duration: FTE role

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Note: At least 10-12 years of overall experience is required.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipeline Development:
Design, implement, and manage robust GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment of applications on Azure.
Infrastructure as Code:
Develop, maintain, and manage Terraform scripts for Azure infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and compliance.
Environment Management:
Automate creation and teardown of environments to support development, QA, UAT, and production workflows.
Monitoring & Optimization:
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for CI/CD workflows and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Security & Compliance:
Integrate security scanning tools within CI/CD pipelines and maintain RBAC and secrets management best practices.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with developers, architects, and operations teams to deliver seamless deployments and troubleshoot pipeline or infrastructure issues.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain detailed technical documentation for pipelines, workflows, and Terraform modules, and provide knowledge transfer sessions to team members.

Qualifications:

At least 10-12 years of overall experience is required
Proven experience in Azure DevOps engineering with focus on GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline development.
Strong expertise in Terraform for Azure resource provisioning and management.
Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, pull request workflows, and version control best practices.
Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for pipelines and infrastructure issues.
Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate are advantageous.
