Senior Azure Python Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using

  Azure Functions

  ,

  App Services

  , and other Azure components
• Develop scalable, maintainable backend applications using

  Python

  (and optionally C#)
• Lead or support cloud architecture discussions and solution designs
• Integrate and deploy applications through robust

  CI/CD pipelines

  (GitHub preferred)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-first strategies
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and reliability
• Document solutions and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  Microsoft Azure Architecture / Engineering

• Proficient in

  Azure Functions

  ,

  Azure App Services

  ,

  Azure Storage

  ,

  Event Grid

  ,

  Logic Apps

  , etc.
• 3+ years of professional experience in

  Python development

• Additional experience in

  C#

  is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in

  CI/CD tools and pipelines

  (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Deep understanding of

  serverless computing

  ,

  cloud scalability

  , and

  DevOps practices

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have:

• Azure Certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, or similar)
• Experience with Terraform or Bicep for infrastructure as code
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or Application Insights
