Own endtoend architecture and design of cloudnative data platforms on Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, ADLS, Azure SQL/SQL MI). Define standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns for ETL/ELT, data modeling, and lakehouse architectures. Work closely with enterprise architects, data architects, and business stakeholders to shape data strategy and roadmaps. Provide guidance and oversight on complex design decisions, performance tuning, security, and cost optimization. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices in data engineering teams. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements using Azure security and governance capabilities. Collaborate with AI/ML and GenAI leaders to ensure data platforms support advanced and emerging use cases. Mentor and develop team members, conduct code and design reviews, and build capabilities within the practice. Support presales, solutioning, and client workshops for modern data and analytics opportunities.
