Azure Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities Workplace Technology Management o Design, implement, and support enterprise workplace solutions (O365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack, Zoom, etc.). o Administer endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.) to ensure secure and efficient device operations. Infrastructure & Automation o Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline provisioning, patching, and device lifecycle management. o Support cloud-first workplace strategies, integrating SaaS and IaaS solutions with enterprise systems. End-User Support & Experience o Ensure seamless employee experience by monitoring system performance and resolving escalations. o Partner with IT support teams to establish best practices, self-service tools, and knowledge bases. Security & Compliance o Implement and maintain workplace security policies, including device compliance, identity management, and data loss prevention. o Collaborate with InfoSec to enforce secure workplace operations. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management o Work closely with HR, Facilities, and IT to enhance digital workplace experiences. o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff. 68 years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace engineering, or end-user computing roles. Strong expertise in: o Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune). o Endpoint management (Windows, macOS, mobile devices). o Cloud collaboration platforms and enterprise identity management (Azure AD, Okta). Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.). Hands-on experience with workplace security frameworks and compliance standards.
