Job Description

Azure Cloud Operations Support: Support and manage Azure IaaS services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Networks, and Azure Load Balancer. Manage Azure PaaS services, such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Administer Azure Active Directory for identity and access management (IAM). Provide support for Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Logic Apps for backend services. Work with Azure SaaS services, including Dynamics 365 and Office 365. AWS Cloud Support: Assist with AWS cloud operations, focusing on RDS, Lambda, EKS, S3, and other AWS services. Support hybrid cloud environments and ensure seamless integration between Azure and AWS. Database Management Support (RDS): Administer RDS databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, Oracle) in AWS. Perform routine database maintenance, backups, and performance tuning. Automation Scripting: Write and maintain Python, Helm, and Ansible scripts for cloud automation and database tasks. Monitoring Incident Management: Monitor Azure resources and AWS RDS instances to ensure availability and performance. Implement alerting and troubleshooting practices to resolve service disruptions quickly. Technical Skills: Expertise in Azure technologies, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. Familiarity with AWS cloud services, particularly RDS, Lambda, EKS, and S3. Proficiency in Python, Helm, and Ansible for cloud automation.
