The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Azures cloud offerings and a proven track record of delivering cloud-led digital transformation deals across industries. Job Requirement (SM level) Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle for Azure cloud solutions from prospecting to closure. • Position Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings aligned with customer needs, digital strategy, and business goals. • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Retail. • Engage directly with CXOs, IT Heads, Cloud Architects , and procurement teams to drive solution-based selling. Partner with Microsoft, and Azure ecosystem partners to deliver scalable and value-driven cloud solutions. Work closely with pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals and responses to RFPs. • Keep updated with the latest in the Azure portfolio, licensing changes, and GTM strategies . • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and other KPIs. Required Skills & Experience: • 12–14 years of IT sales experience with at least 6+ years in Azure cloud sales targeting Indian clients. • Deep understanding of Azure’s cloud offerings : VMs, App Services, Azure AD, Security, DevOps, Data Services, etc. • Proven experience in selling to enterprise and mid-market clients . • Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP/LSP model and partner-driven sales motions. • Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills. • Strong IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, AIL/ML Copilit understanding Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Business; MBA is a preferred. • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, Microsoft Certified: Azure Sales/Pre-sales) preferred. • Familiarity with Microsoft’s broader cloud stack: M365 and Power Platform
