Role & responsibilities :

1. Cloud Architecture Design

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Ensure solutions adhere to Azure best practices for performance, security, and compliance.

2. Networking & Security

• Configure networking components including Virtual Networks (VNets), Load Balancers, and VPNs to ensure secure communication.
• Implement identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Utilize Azure Security Center to monitor security posture and enforce compliance with industry standards.

3. Data Solutions

• Design data storage strategies utilizing Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage for structured and unstructured data.
• Establish backup and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery to ensure business continuity.

4. DevOps & Automation

• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for efficient deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.

5. AI Model Deployment & Integration

• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning for applications such as member eligibility prediction.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) solutions using Azure Cognitive Services, including QnA Maker for conversational agents.

6. OCR & Document Processing

• Utilize the Azure AI Vision Read API for optical character recognition (OCR) to extract text from images of documents related to member eligibility.
• Leverage Azure Document Intelligence for automating document processing workflows, ensuring accurate data extraction from forms.

7. Generative AI & Embeddings

• Utilize the Azure OpenAI Service to create generative AI applications, including chatbots that enhance member interaction experiences.
• Implement embeddings for semantic search capabilities in large document repositories (e.g., benefit summaries).

8. Cost Optimization & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze cloud expenditures using Azure Cost Management to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance.
• Monitor application performance with tools like Azure Application Insights and optimize resources based on usage patterns.
