Role Summary

hands-on Azure AI Architect (GenAI)

deep Azure AI / AI Foundry expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver

  enterprise-grade GenAI solutions

  using

  Azure AI / AI Foundry

• Lead

  end-to-end AI solution design

  covering architecture, scalability, security, and performance
• Own

  delivery governance, quality, timelines, and budgets

  for large AI programs
• Lead and mentor

  40–50 GenAI engineers / architects

• Design and review

  LLM-based systems

  :
• RAG pipelines
• LLM Agents & orchestration
• Prompt engineering & fine-tuning
• Conduct

  Technical COE reviews

  , solution blueprints, and design validations
• Drive

  client-facing discussions

  , solution walkthroughs, and architecture sign-offs
• Collaborate with

  data science, cloud, and platform teams

• Ensure production-ready AI solutions aligned with

  enterprise compliance & security

Technology & Architecture Expectations

AI / GenAI

• Azure AI /

  AI Foundry

• LLMs, Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering
• Orchestration tools (Flowise, Autogen or similar)
• AI integration using

  Python

• Exposure to

  AI platforms & copilots

  (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.)

Cloud & Architecture

• Microsoft Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Monitoring)
• Experience with

  multi-cloud environments

  (Azure + AWS preferred)
• Microservices & cloud-native architectures

Backend / Data

• Python

  (mandatory for GenAI)
• .NET Core / Microservices (good to have)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server
• Messaging & streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus

Engineering Practices

• Monorepo / Microservices architecture
• CI/CD, DevOps alignment
• Agile / Scrum delivery
• Technical documentation & design blueprints

Leadership & Delivery Experience

• Proven experience

  managing /mentoring
