EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
• MD (Ay) is desirous
• Minimum 2 years of experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct pre-booking consultations via video or telephone, including comprehensive guest assessments, medical history review, and symptom analysis.
• Conduct post-stay consultations and follow-up guidance to support guests after their treatment.
• Do online consultation and recommendations.
• Explain wellness packages and recommend suitable programs tailored to guests’ health objectives.
• Guide guests on pre-arrival dietary requirements.
• Lead weekly wellness meetings to discuss upcoming arrival and inhouse guest status and find out potential case studies.
• Maintain master tracker with guest wellness data, including demographics, Program details and primary health objective.
• Contribute to case studies and research initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly MIS meetings
• Deliver wellness program training sessions for the sales and reservations teams.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Create and develop content for articles, magazines, and wellness publications for the marketing team.
• Review and proofread wellness-related books, magazines, and articles for accuracy and quality.
• As part of training and development, needs to visit the Ananda property when required.
