Qualification

• Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy / Ayurveda Pharmacy from an authorized and recognized Ayurveda training institute

OR

• Graduates with relevant experience in Ayurveda pharmacy operations
• Registration with the concerned authority (where applicable)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing an Ayurveda pharmacy
• Experience in hospital or wellness centre pharmacy operations preferred

• Up to 25 years

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Operations & Inventory Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ayurveda pharmacy
• Ensure accurate dispensing of Ayurvedic medicines as per prescriptions
• Maintain inventory levels, stock rotation, and expiry tracking
• Coordinate procurement, storage, and vendor follow-ups

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure proper storage of medicines as per quality standards
• Maintain pharmacy hygiene, labeling, and safety protocols
• Adhere to internal SOPs and statutory guidelines

Front Office & Patient Support

• Support front office activities related to medicine billing and patient queries
• Explain dosage, usage, and storage instructions to patients clearly
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office staff for smooth operations

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain pharmacy registers, stock records, and billing documentation
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and consumption reports
• Assist management with audits and inventory reviews

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with patients and staff in English and Hindi
• Support patient service standards and ensure a professional interface

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and formulations
• Basic computer skills (billing software, MS Office, email)
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Honest, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Young and responsible Ayurveda pharmacist with hands-on experience
• Ability to multitask between pharmacy and front office support
• Willingness to grow within a structured Ayurveda healthcare setup
