Ayurveda Doctor – Spa & Wellness

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ayurveda Doctor who specializes in Spa treatments, holistic wellness, and preventive healthcare. The ideal candidate will design, supervise, and implement personalized Ayurveda-based therapies, ensuring a rejuvenating and authentic wellness experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed health and lifestyle consultations with clients based on Ayurvedic principles.
• Prescribe and oversee customized Ayurvedic treatments, Panchakarma, detox therapies, and spa-based wellness programs.
• Develop and implement wellness packages combining diet, lifestyle modifications, yoga, meditation, and spa therapies.
• Guide and train spa therapists on correct procedures for Ayurvedic massages, therapies, and treatments.
• Monitor treatment quality, hygiene standards, and authenticity of therapies offered.
• Educate clients on preventive health, nutrition, and lifestyle practices rooted in Ayurveda.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the spa/wellness center management to create innovative wellness programs and retreats.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with relevant Ayurvedic medical board/council.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in Ayurveda, with expertise in spa and wellness treatments.
• Knowledge of Panchakarma, Ayurvedic dietetics, herbal formulations, and preventive care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with spa therapists, nutritionists, yoga instructors, and wellness consultants.
• A customer-centric, empathetic, and professional approach.

Preferred:

• Experience in luxury spa, resort, or wellness retreat settings.
• Certification or training in Yoga, Meditation, or Integrative Wellness Practices.
• Multilingual skills will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
