Gangadharan - Fantastic work culture led by IIT/IIM founders - Long-term career growth opportunity Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial patient assessments using Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques and standardized questionnaires - Document medical history, including Ayurvedic and biomedical health markers - Assist the senior doctor in explaining diagnoses and treatment plans, addressing patient questions and concerns - Serve as the primary contact for post-consultation queries on therapies, diet, and medication - Educate patients on Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health practices - Provide guidance on diet, exercise, and stress management per Ayurvedic practices - Ensure a patient-cantered ethical approach focused on positive health outcomes Ideal Profile: - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree or higher - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Ayurvedic physician treating patients (General Medicine / Kaya-Chikitsa) - Valid license to practice Ayurvedic medicine as per medical council - Compassion and empathy for patients - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fully equipped to perform or supervise Panchakarma therapies - Conversant in English and any one of Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil - Doctor of Medicine / MD in Ayurveda is a value-add but not a strict requirement If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about contributing to the field of Ayurveda, we encourage you to share your resume with us at jobs@yuvrit.in.,
