One of my friend REQUESTED MOBILE NUMBER UPDATE IN CREDIT CARD BUT THE BRANCH STAFF YET UPDATED REQUEST. SINCE LAST 96 HOURS. VERY SLOW SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS BRANCH STAFF.

This place is actually opposite to Law garden and not as showing in map near Parimal Garden. You need to go towards National Handloom from Nal circle.

THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ASK ANY PARTICULAR QUESTIONS. EVERYTIME WE HAVE TO EITHER PRESS 1 2 OR 3. TOTALLY USELESS BANK. I SHIFT MY ACCOUNT FROM THERE. NO LANDLINE NUMBERS ARE AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE.

Very poor Customer service. NRI is not getting valid response . They do not release fund after submitting all the forms .

I submitted a request for opening a bank account 2 weeks ago, till now, my bank account is not opened. Such a ridiculous service.
