Excellent banking services. I am priority customer of the bank. Very good customer friendly staff. Ample parking space in front of branch.

Worst service, government banks are better than this. Out of 15 counters 7 people were sitting free but not ready to help customers as that work was someone else's responsibility

Lots of fraudsters are opening there account in your bank. You are not verifying properly and activating there account.

I didy settlement with them, after that they stop picking my calls. Till now waiting for NDC. Worst worst branch.

Worst forex department and no staff is ready to help or pick up the call. Government banks are better then these bank.

Help never available on the mentioned phone banking number. No one bother to pickup call during office hours too. This is very frustating!
