If you're looking for good customer service, kindly avoid this axis bank. The main branch itself don't know how to treat their customers. The way they are giving responses on the call is really horrible. Worst private bank in the market is axis bank.

I have applied to reopen my a/c 8 days ago...but still I m waiting for the status. I have been informed that due to slow server it will take time but these much time u ppl need to open a single saving a/c. Very poor customer care service.

Bank was near law garden, Very good service, Staff and service was very good. Some time taking time but ok, Recently visit for forex card transaction, So the staff helped me good and explanation how to process transaction. Thank you for good service.

went here form Aadhaar update the executive there on 2nd floor counter number 3 firstly asked to wait at 12:30 pm and after waiting for nearly 1 hour or more she is telling to next day or afterwards with an appointment worst service axis bank
