Job Title: AX & D365 Technical Consultant Team Lead

Location:

Job Summary

AX and D365 Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of AX/D365 F&O solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of technical consultants and developers.
Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Customize and extend D365 functionalities using X++, .NET, and related tools.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in solution architecture, technical documentation, and code reviews.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
Coordinate with Microsoft support and third-party vendors when required.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O technical development.
Strong command of X++, MorphX, Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure DevOps.
Experience in integrations using OData, REST APIs, and Power Platform.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (Technical) preferred.
