Role: AWS Sysops Engineer

Total experience Req: 4-8 Years

Requirements:

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and AWS services.
• Proven experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, Lambda, and IAM.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration.

Certifications:

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
• Additional AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with database management and optimization in both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and experience in an IT service management role.
• Knowledge of network architecture and security principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in system operations and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure services.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with security practices and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

AWS and Azure certifications.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Knowledge of network configurations and security protocols
