Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AWS Cloud Administrator to manage and support our AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core AWS services including EC2, S3, and CloudWatch, along with a solid understanding of AWS best practices and operational excellence. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, performance optimization, and security compliance of our AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and CloudWatch monitoring.
• Monitor system performance and availability using CloudWatch, setting up alarms, dashboards, and logs for proactive issue detection.
• Manage user access, roles, and policies using IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Perform regular backups, patch management, and instance lifecycle management.
• Work with development and DevOps teams to support deployment processes and infrastructure needs.
• Maintain security and compliance posture through resource tagging, encryption, and regular audits.
• Document infrastructure setup, changes, and standard operating procedures.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Administration
• Proficiency in managing AWS core services:
• EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) – provisioning, AMIs, security groups
• S3 (Simple Storage Service) – buckets, lifecycle policies, versioning
• CloudWatch – setting up metrics, dashboards, alarms, logs
• Solid understanding of AWS best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization
• Experience with Linux-based systems and basic scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, security groups, NAT, etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,822.69 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
