AWS Cloud Administrator

As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for working independently on AWS or Azure cloud platforms. With a minimum of Five (5) years of experience, including at least 3 years in data center operations and 2 years in cloud services, you will need to demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Linux/Windows technology, scripting, web servers, databases, and DevOps tools. Your role will involve hands-on experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting cloud and platform-level issues, configuring, monitoring, and managing cloud infrastructure based on best practices, and migrating on-premises workloads to public clouds. Proven capability in proactively addressing issues is essential for success in this position. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, including aspects such as identity and security, monitoring, data storage, and business continuity. You will define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications, develop solutions architecture, evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public, and hybrid cloud models. Additionally, you will drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, and production deployment, ensuring that delivered solutions meet technical and functional/non-functional requirements. Furthermore, you will provide technical expertise in issue diagnosis and resolution, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions, providing support and technical governance related to cloud architectures, deployment, and operations. Your role will require demonstrating knowledge of cloud architecture, implementation features, DevOps tool chains and processes, and providing thought leadership both within the industry and to team members. As a Cloud Administrator, you will act as a coach and mentor to team members, developing a cohesive team and ensuring their success. Your responsibilities will also include leading the definition and development of cloud reference architecture and management systems, as well as conducting product work reviews with team members. To excel in this position, you should have 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, implementation, and support of highly distributed applications. You must possess oversight experience in major transformation projects, a solid understanding of modern authentication protocols, and a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and trends. Additionally, you should have knowledge of cloud governance technologies, common database technologies, network architecture, and application development methodologies. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
