Primary & Mandatory Skill:

AWS Cloud Admin (L2 + L3)

Level: SA

Location Constraint if any:

Primary(Pune, Chennai), Secondary(Bangalore, Hyderabad)

Shift timing:

245 rotational shift model (On Desk) and 242 On call over weekends

Job Description

8+ years of experience in IT administration with at least 4+ years of experience supporting AWS environment.
Should be familiar with ITSM processes.
Capable to support L2 & L3 activities
Should have hands-on experience performing the following activities:
- Creating AWS core networking components - VPC, Subnet, NACL, VPN,VPC Peering
- New VPC/CIDR expansion in existing accounts
- Route 53 Integration
- EC2 instances creation and assign access/roles
- Route traffic between 2 subnets
- Firewall an EC2 instance using security group
- Move an instance with encrypted volumes to a different account(windows/Linux Environment)
- Encrypt S3 Bucket & configure s3 versioning
- Cross account bucket access creation
- Cross account S3 data migration
- Create IAM users/roles/groups and assign IAM policies
- EC2 - High availability - Multi-AZ auto scaling group creation
- Provide DC and AWS communication
- Access given at different level in Linux and windows server
- Groups and access restrictions can be set in Linux servers
- Performance troubleshooting/access issues under windows/Linux environment
- Patching on Windows/Linux environment

Managing client escalations
Ability to work independently and manage customer communication.
Converting Voice of Customer to meaningful outcomes
Suggesting client on AWS architecture solutions
Idea generation and converting ideas to Automations in AWS space
Excellent communication and documentation skills (creating reports, Monthly governance)
Good to have AWS certification (Associate+ certification)
Working in 24*5 shift model (On Desk) and 24*2 On call over weekends
Work from Office in Hybrid model, until Work from Office become permanent
