Provisioning of AWS services - EC2 instances, RDS databases, and S3 storageExecution of routine health checks and monitoring of the AWS environment for critical issues and alerts (EC2 Instance, RDS, S3, etc.)Reporting on EC2 instances utilization and performance issues, availability and other indicators as defined in our standard reporting approachProactive Patch Management process tensure environment is fully secured with latest security OS and antivirus patchesEnabling backup and recovery of S3 snapshots from EBS volumes based on SLA requirementsEnd-to-end support for high severity incidents following client established standard operating procedures for incident escalation and alerts notificationsProvide support for root cause analysis on high severity issues including the identification of permanent solution or mitigation.
