Job Description

Award Lifecycle Management: Managing awards from proposal stage through to close-out, ensuring compliance with internal processes and donor guidelines. Financial Management: Managing award budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring proper financial documentation. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with donor requirements, regulations, and internal policies, and preparing accurate and timely reports. Project Monitoring and Support: Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and providing support to project teams. Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining strong communication with donors, internal stakeholders, and project teams. Capacity Building: Providing training and support to staff on award management procedures and donor requirements. Strategic Planning: Contributing to strategic portfolio planning and donor engagement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
