Role Objective

define, drive, and execute the Visual Merchandising strategy

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Strategy

  • Own the

    end-to-end VM strategy

    across all store formats
  • Define

    VM guidelines, planograms, signage, and display standards

  • Ensure

    brand consistency

    across regions and stores
  • Align VM strategy with

    sales, category, and marketing objectives

Execution & Store Excellence

  • Drive

    on-ground execution

    across stores with high adherence
  • Partner with

    regional and store teams

    to ensure implementation
  • Conduct

    store audits, VM reviews, and corrective actions

  • Ensure

    new store openings (NSO)

    VM readiness

Category & Commercial Impact

  • Work closely with

    Category, Buying & Sales teams

  • Optimize displays to

    drive conversion, visibility, and throughput

  • Track VM impact on

    sales, footfall, and category performance

  • Ensure

    seasonal, festive, and campaign-based execution

Team & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a

    central + regional VM team

  • Coach, train, and upskill VM field teams
  • Set

    clear KPIs and performance benchmarks

Process, Cost & Scalability

  • Create

    SOPs, playbooks, and scalable VM frameworks

  • Drive

    cost efficiency

    without compromising brand standards
  • Manage

    VM budgets, vendors, and fabrication partners
