AVP/VP

As an AVP/VP in the Finance & Accounts department at our Noida location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Financial Planning, Budgetary Control, Auditing, Taxation, Valuation, and Costing. - Enhancing financial processes systems and reviewing complex financial data for management purposes. - Ensuring timely filing of Tax returns/Tax Audits and strict compliance with regulations. - Preparing Project Reports for obtaining loans and coordinating with financial institutions. - Strengthening Internal Controls System in Accounts, Inventory, Receivables, Vendors Management, and Controls for reducing Administrative Overheads. - Cost Controlling, resource optimization, wastage management, and reporting to top management. - Implementing Budgetary Control Systems and conducting Monthly Variation Analysis. - Managing taxation and ensuring compliance with GST, RERA, and other financial regulations. Your qualifications should include: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 10-15 years of experience in finance or accounting. - Knowledge of finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control. - Familiarity with automated financial systems and reporting. - Understanding of central and state financial regulations. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections. - Experience in short and long term budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
