Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President, Workforce Implementation and People Analytics Lead Operations at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of T&C Workforce implementation and People Analytics resources supporting an Australia-based bank. Your role will involve overseeing approximately 50 HR and analytics professionals across multiple delivery locations. **Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in all Hire to Retire service lines, with banking experience considered an added advantage - Deliver value through transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and fostering business growth with clients - Oversee Workforce implementation operations for both restructures led and business-led programs - Manage a team of People analytics experts responsible for reporting delivery, advanced analytics, and insights for the T&C function - Identify opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, enabling value sharing and transformation opportunities - Utilize strategic thinking and leadership skills to effectively manage relationships and communication at all levels within the organization - Drive operational governance at Workforce strategy Pillar and line of business levels, as well as participate in transformation governance - Adhere to client and contract requirements, managing client relationships independently up to executive levels - Collaborate with the client organization to ensure common objectives are delivered - Demonstrate strong people management skills **Qualifications we seek in you:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Lead the complete ambit of outsourced operations for Workforce Strategy and Transformation lines of business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Enable career progression and drive Genpact culture while achieving retention targets and promoting continuous upskilling within teams - Collaborate globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings - Implement lean six sigma framework for continuous performance improvement and transformation agenda - Work effectively with cross-functional teams like Operations, HR, Service Line, Digital, Transformation, and Transitions - Demonstrate proactivity, troubleshooting abilities, and adaptability to organizational change scenarios - Identify performance gaps and breakthroughs, developing improvement plans to address them - Possess intellectual agility and an analytical outlook **Preferred Qualifications:** - Qualified HR professional with experience in managing large restructures and supporting businesses with data-led insights - Relevant experience in managing teams and delivering end-to-end service excellence,
