AVP / VP - Tech Leadership Hiring

As an AVP Leadership Hiring (Technology Practice) at our client, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing impactful hiring strategies for technology-led organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a robust leadership hiring strategy and roadmap specifically for technology and digital roles. - Driving end-to-end executive search mandates to ensure top talent acquisition in Technology, Engineering, Product, and Design functions. - Identifying, attracting, engaging, and closing senior and leadership-level candidates within the technology landscape. - Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align hiring goals with business objectives. - Leading candidate assessments to evaluate competencies, cultural fit, and leadership potential. - Managing recruitment budgets, timelines, and search deliverables effectively. - Building strategic talent mapping initiatives and maintaining a strong external network of technology leaders. - Ensuring a premium candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-15 years of relevant experience in executive search or leadership hiring within the Technology sector. - Proven track record in managing CXO, VP, and Director-level hiring mandates. - Strong understanding of technology functions including Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM roles. - Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. - Strategic mindset with a consultative approach towards leadership hiring. - Ability to work independently in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
