As an Associate Vice President/ Vice President at Tribes, you will be an integral part of a Rs.800 crore company and the largest customer experience organization in the country. We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Gurgaon. You should be a Postgraduate/ Graduate with additional qualifications in Marketing/ Events, bringing a minimum of 16 years of experience in event management, advertising, or experiential marketing to the table. The ideal candidate will be a business collaborator, adept at building new client relationships and maximizing value from existing clients to drive the agency's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for client retention and acquisition, identifying new business opportunities across our diverse agency offerings, and maintaining excellence in marketing communication, products, and services. Your focus will be on nurturing strong client partnerships based on strategic insights, quality, customer service, and dependability to establish Tribes as a trusted partner for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include driving business to achieve revenue targets, managing key accounts, collaborating with the ideation and creative team for project strategies, conducting in-depth research on existing clients, educating the team on creative presentations, negotiating partnerships, pricing events for profitability, preparing project plans, coordinating internal teams, and leading and mentoring a team of event professionals.
