We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Visualization Specialist Support the build of outcome driven Visualizations and Metrics that unlock the value of data through storytelling Collaborate with Business stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner) to architect the user design solution Collaborate with Business stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner) to facilitate and participate in inception workshops to create a shared understanding of user needs and the potential technology solution required to deliver to these needs Ability to comprehend and translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs Ability to develop high volume, low latency solutions in a fast-paced environment Develop strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical expertise Drive innovation for self and the team to deliver incremental business value. Requirements Graduates and above with minimum 8-9 years working experience in data analysis/reporting domain with degree or equivalent from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline and concentration in computer science, information systems or other engineering specializations Good analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous Good knowledge of Data Visualization and self-service Dashboards/reporting in Qlik sense, Looker, Tableau Power BI along with experience in N Printing with Qlik sense and third-party extensions such as Viz Lib Library is a plus Excellent creative skills and ability to visualize complex concepts and turn it into user friendly solutions Excellent skills in translating design wireframes and mock-ups into responsive and interactive web Hands on experience in creating good web interface using best practices for UI/ UX design, SQL especially using Oracle, Hadoop databases Experience in driving and large-scale change and transformation Program Excellent understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling and experience of working with large data sets Ability to comprehend business problems and analyze them Strong documentation and summarizing skills for senior audiences
