Role: Leader, Underwriting (London Market)

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Hybrid

Role Highlights

Lead 50+ professionals across Insurance Underwriting Operations and Delegated Authority
Own end-to-end service delivery and P&L for a global London Market engagement
Drive zero-surprise operations and technology-led transformation
Manage senior client stakeholders up to CXO level
Partner with digital, transformation, and transition teams on growth and new deals

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in London Market underwriting operations
Proven expertise in Underwriting Services and Delegated Authority
Demonstrated large-span leadership (50+ FTEs)
Insurance operations background (non-finance)
Experience with BPM / consulting organizations preferred

This role is suited for leaders who enjoy building operational depth while driving meaningful change at scale.
