Job Description

Assistant Vice President Tech Solution Architect

Location:

Experience:

Domain: P&C Insurance (must)

Tech Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess P&C use cases and identify opportunities for Agentic AI adoption
  • Design multi-agent architectures, decision flows, and integration models
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI with P&C core systems (policy, claims, underwriting)
  • Build and support PoCs to validate business value
  • Monitor agent performance using key KPIs (accuracy, latency, reliability)
  • Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and ethical AI standards
  • Create client-facing technical documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration
  • Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, P&C cores)
  • Hands-on knowledge of P&C processes (Quote, Policy, Claims, Underwriting)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
