Manage and provide full range control services to support risk management across the Controls environment.
Develop detailed test plans and procedures to identify weaknesses in internal controls and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate with other functions/business divisions to ensure consistent testing methodologies.
Lead a team performing complex tasks using well-developed professional knowledge and skills.
Set objectives and coach employees to achieve those objectives.
Demonstrate clear leadership behaviors to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard.

Job Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant with articleship experience in a reputed firm or MBA Finance with relevant work experience.
Understanding of SOx and Risk Management practices, including Internal Audit.
Ability to communicate internal control concepts clearly in a business context.
Proficient in MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Technical and working knowledge of internal control and regulatory requirements & practice.
Basic awareness of specific current requirements of IFRS/US GAAP/IAS regimes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and derive logical conclusions from data patterns.
Verbal and written communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
Keeps stakeholders updated on progress of audit work and observation status.
Some other highly valued skills may include: technical and working knowledge of internal control and regulatory requirements & practice; basic awareness of specific current requirements of IFRS/US GAAP/IAS regimes; proficient in use of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to assess key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Gurugram location.
