Role Description

The Associate Vice President (AVP) - Sales (B2B) will lead and manage business-to-business (B2B) sales activities to achieve revenue growth and business objectives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, driving business development, managing key accounts, and supervising sales operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, India.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management: Proficiency in driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and leading sales teams effectively.
  • Expertise in Account Management and Building Client Relationships: Ability to foster strong, long-term client partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Skill in Sales Operations and Business Development: Proven ability to manage sales processes, streamline operations, and expand business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education, technology, or skill development industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results with a customer-focused approach.
  • Should own car & valid license and willing to travel extensively.


Immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to Bengaluru only can apply. Prior experience in edtech is mandatory.
