AVP Sales- International Edtech

As an AVP Sales- International Edtech at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, located in New Delhi, your role will involve leading the sales team, managing sales operations, and building relationships with key accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, driving business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, you will oversee the sales process, track sales performance, and collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sales team and manage sales operations - Build and maintain relationships with key accounts - Develop and implement sales strategies - Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities - Ensure sales targets are met - Oversee the sales process and track sales performance - Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in International Edtech/Education sales - Business development experience in different regions of the world to generate enquiries and sales and grow market share - Experience in International Edtech Sales - Ability to handle a team of International Sales Team - Proficiency in mapping customer requirements in terms of products/services/solutions that need to be offered to the end user/customer - Capable of independently assisting and accompanying various delegations and liaising with concerned internal departments to effectively discharge any responsibilities - Comfortable working in a 9:30PM-6:30AM Shift If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your resume with Surbhi.Jain@aimlay.com or call directly on 9289550058.
