AVP - Product Design (UI UX)

As AVP - Product Design, you'll have a proven ability to elevate design excellence and deliver seamless digital experiences at scale. You're more than a designer - you're a strategic leader, storyteller, and player advocate. This role is to lead with purpose, influence at the highest level, and redefine what's possible in design. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and evolve the design vision and strategy across product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs. - Lead design teams including UI, UX, and Research functions. - Oversee the delivery of high-impact product design engagements. - Provide direction and mentorship to design leads, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across projects. - Advocate for user-centered design and strategic research, translating insights into actionable design strategies. - Guide the design process from discovery to execution, necessarily being hands-on and by closely steering teams through every phase. - Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to influence roadmap and priorities. - Contribute to organizational growth through hiring, training, and creating frameworks that scale design excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - Min 13+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a design leadership role. - Proven success managing product design engagements of high complexity and strategic importance. - Deep understanding of UX research, UI design, product strategy, and service design. - Strong product design acumen with the ability to challenge, refine, and guide teams through complex problem-solving. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. - Passion for building inclusive, user-first products and empowering design teams to think boldly. **Additional Details:** - Added Advantage: Experience in fast-paced, product-led environments (e.g., gaming or consumer tech). - Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.,
