AVP - Partnership & Alliances

As a Strategic Relationship Manager, your role involves identifying and managing strategic relationships with potential channel partners. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining market intelligence, understanding market trends, and client business needs. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and developing new, large-scale opportunities for lead generation, focusing on non-traditional means such as referrals, pre-approved offers, hoardings, etc. - Managing all leads and driving contact with customers to ensure maximum conversions. - Engaging with channel partners to develop mutually profitable relationships and maximize lead generations. - Identifying product gaps, conducting research on product ideas, testing product viability, developing required infrastructure, obtaining internal approvals, filing products with regulatory authorities. - Proactively developing marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs, including designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns. - Providing inputs for website updates and sharing analytics to improve productivity and process effectiveness. - Ensuring adequate training interventions on systems and processes, monitoring progress, and publishing figures. - Sharing analytics and competition insights with management to facilitate profit-making decisions. - Keeping abreast of current market trends by conducting market research to design and introduce new products relevant to market needs.
