Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with Winjits regional growth goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team across regions.
  • Establish internal processes for marketing planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Own the positioning of Winjit as an innovation-first partner across Banking, Insurance and AI/ML.
  • Drive brand-building efforts through PR, awards, speaking engagements, and digital storytelling.
  • Launch a content and webinar series on FinTech, AI, and emerging tech.

Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Build high-impact ABM campaigns targeting top banking, fintech, and insurtech accounts.
  • Set up lead funnels from events, social campaigns, and partner ecosystems.
  • Implement and scale digital marketing including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, and email automation.

Regional Marketing Ownership

  • Partner with sales heads to define market-specific priorities (US, SA, India).
  • Create a global event calendar; coordinate Winjits presence at summits, pitch events, and forums.
  • Set up regional vendor partnerships, media outreach, and association memberships.

Enablement & Analytics

  • Deliver sales enablement content: brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies.
  • Implement marketing performance dashboards for visibility across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery to craft success narratives and client stories.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech consulting or software services firm.
  • Demonstrated success in building GTM strategies for BFSI or AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience in global brand management and running integrated campaigns.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style.
